Tour Packages

  • Pick-Up Times: The scheduled pick-up times for our tours are outlined on our website. Please be aware that these times may vary depending on your specific destination.
  • Destinations and Points of Interest: All destinations and places of interest included in the tour package will be clearly stated.
  • Booking Cut-Off: Our office operates until 10:30 PM daily. Any bookings made after this time will be processed the following day at 2:00 PM. For optimal service, we recommend making your reservation at least one day in advance.

Online Payment

  • Payment Process: Full payment for our tour packages is required at the time of online booking. Payments can be conveniently made via credit card during the checkout process.
  • Payment Processor: Our secure payment processing is handled by iPay88, a trusted online payment provider. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from De Baron Holidays Sdn Bhd.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Once payment is completed, all online bookings are non-refundable. Modifications or amendments to reservations are not permitted.
  • Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-show reservations.
